We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our dynamic product team as a Growth and Product Manager. This key role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive user growth and engagement across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy: Develop and implement country-specific strategies, tailoring features, pricing, and subscription packages to meet the unique needs of each market.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and feature trends, ensuring competitive positioning.
  • A/B Testing and Analysis: Design and execute A/B testing strategies to evaluate feature reception, user engagement, and monetization effectiveness in each market.
  • Localization: Ensure that product features and campaigns resonate with local audiences by adapting them to meet their preferences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each country, identifying areas for improvement and scaling successful strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in deploying websites and/or native apps with payment systems.
  • Ideal background in App Store and/or Landing Page- / Search Engine- optimization (SEO), particularly around creatives, descriptions & A/B-testing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of software development principles and technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking paired with execution capabilities, and strong communication skills.
