Billing and Accounts Receivable Professional

This role involves overseeing the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Oversee the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any billing issues promptly.
  • Collection Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies for improving the billing and collection process.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
