Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Business Process Analyst to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Operations Teams, as well as collaborating with various departments to align processes with updates, enhancements, and necessary changes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of how various business functions operate, and the ability to analyze complex processes, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain SOPs for Operations Teams.
  • Collaborate with SBP Lead and multiple departments to align processes with updates, enhancements, and required changes.
  • Update and modify established processes and procedures as needed.
  • Develop written content that effectively communicates messages, products, services, or ideas.
  • Cascade updates, articles, SOPs, campaigns, enhancements, and urgent announcements to Operations via email or internal platforms.
  • Publish approved contents, SOPs, campaigns, announcements, and articles to the knowledge base or KMS.
  • Maintain a tracker of all SOPs created and updated.
  • Request needed system enhancements and reason codes for Operations in tagging cases.
  • Monitor, track, and coordinate with the Production Support Team on requests from Operations.
Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience.
  • Experience in Systems and Business Process or related positions is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience in Onboarding/KYC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of how various business functions operate and how they interact with one another.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using and evaluating various software applications, tools, and systems commonly used in the industry.
  • Ability to manage projects, coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation, requirements gathering, and system configurations.
