About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Services Analyst to join our team.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Monitor incidents out of process and perform analysis, contacting workgroup owners/supervisors as needed.

  • Track all actions and escalate appropriately, invoking support and coordinating communication between teams where necessary.

  • Drive resolution and avoidance of complaints related to service impacting incidents.

  • Focus on supporting account leadership to meet contractual obligations and performance targets.

  • Maintain authority within client and organization to ensure incident resolution success.

  • Record events accurately throughout issue lifecycles.

  • Ensure SLAs are met for high-priority incidents.

  • Facilitate recovery activities independently for technical and business incidents.

  • Determine how incidents will be processed in support of clients or internal organizations, restoring normal operations quickly with minimal impact.

  • Direct, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day incident management activities.

Requirements:

">

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in Commerce or Computer Science.

  • Experience working with a team and ability to act as a good team player.

  • Knowledge of IT Operations, ITIL, service level management, and project management.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills with attention to detail.

  • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, courteous, assertive, and motivated individual who can take charge of customer engagement and problem resolution.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills – able to build relationships and credibility at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical and able to make data-driven decisions.

  • Presentation skills: comfortable creating storylines in PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to work across cultures, service lines, and levels.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, command, and control to drive change or project completion on time and within budget.

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
