About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team as a Workday Payroll Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members and manage your own workload, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, designing and delivering solutions aligned to their needs, and supporting junior team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll required)
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting environments, understanding customer needs and building relationships
  • Clear communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
  • Good commercial awareness and project dynamics understanding
  • Capable of working in teams and independently, planning workload and meeting deadlines
  • Able to apply standards and procedures to high-quality work
  • Aware of confidentiality policies and security of information
  • Able to improve tools and processes to help the practice
  • Willing to learn about relevant subject matter and rotate through Workday delivery services
