Process and Controls Senior Consultant

The role is focused on leading client engagements related to risk-based internal audits, process reviews, and compliance. You will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients and providing exceptional consulting skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the client's business and industry trends;
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and their teams;
  • Executing internal audit engagements while working closely with client teams;
  • Identifying process gaps and providing recommendations for improvement based on client processes and industry practices;
  • Communicating audit scope, status, issues, and recommendations via written reports and presentations;

Required skills and qualifications:

  • CA or MBA degree;
  • 2-5 years of internal audit experience with a consulting firm or in an internal audit department;
  • Technical experience in finance, operations, or regulatory compliance;
  • Cross-functional business process knowledge (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.).
