Product Leadership Role

This critical position involves leading product development from inception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify product solutions and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, proactively updating them on progress.
  • Create detailed product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Enhance the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, tracking key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience as a product owner or manager, or similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Understanding of UX principles and psychology.
