Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.

Your primary duties will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing accurate information to customers. You'll also be required to document interactions, process claims, and follow company procedures.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
