Visual Content Creator Job Description

The Graphic Artist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for various projects. This includes designing graphics, images, and other visual elements that align with the brand's overall strategy and aesthetic.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily pending orders from clients, with a 10% work percentage, ensuring timely completion and excellent customer service.
  • Create designs that are on strategy and reflect the brand's personality, with a 40% work percentage, utilizing creativity and artistic skills to produce engaging visuals.
  • Maintain quality artworks and an error-free output, with a 40% work percentage, adhering to strict standards of excellence and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues and solve Art-related problems, with a 5% work percentage, promoting collaboration and teamwork.
  • Continuously learn new information pertaining to graphic design and recommend changes to existing processes, with a 5% work percentage, fostering growth and innovation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Design, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • 1+ year of experience as a Graphic Artist or similar scope, demonstrating relevant skills and expertise.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (CC version), and other applications, showcasing technical proficiency.
  • Knowledgeable in different printing processes like Silkscreen, Debossing, and Transfer, highlighting industry knowledge.
  • Familiar with Pantone Colors, Color Separation, and Windows 7, indicating adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
