Graphic Design Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the art director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in design and digital marketing.
  • Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance-driven design.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work.
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • A degree in Graphic Design or related field is a plus—but not essential.
