Job Overview

The role of an Educational Case Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of educational initiatives by providing administrative support, managing class schedules, and monitoring students' academic progress.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional operations, deliver outstanding academic services to students and their families, and maintain seamless virtual environment functionality.
  • Maintain operating standards, ensure delivery of programs and initiatives, and meet operational excellence standards.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, manage class schedules, and monitor all students' academic progress.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors, build relationships with students and their families, and foster open communication for effective conflict resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including in-person, phone, and video.
  • Able to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships.
  • Works Well With Others.
  • Learning agility - able to adapt to changes in work environment.
  • Ability to engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teachers.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Bilingual in English beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
