Job Description

This role is dedicated to providing exceptional support and care to learners and prospective learners, fostering their success in achieving their learning goals.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality support, proactively addressing learner concerns, directing learners to appropriate resources, assisting with new learner orientation, reviewing and interpreting learner data, encouraging accountability, maintaining accurate records, and performing routine administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, outstanding multitasking and prioritization abilities, and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.

Benefits

This is a full-time salaried position with shift work required, including evenings and weekends. The shift hours will be determined by the team lead.
