Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming large, unstructured datasets into clear, actionable insights. This role requires advanced Excel/Google Sheets expertise, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and custom calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and standardize incoming raw datasets from multiple sources into usable formats
  • Build and maintain a library of naming conventions, delimiters, and structured datasets for consistent reporting
  • Generate daily/weekly reports in Excel/Sheets and organize data for easy trend analysis
  • Document SOPs for recurring reporting processes and data handling
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise (pivot tables, complex formulas, custom calculations)
  • Experience analyzing large, unstructured datasets from multiple sources
  • Strong ability to standardize naming conventions and build structured libraries for data inputs
  • Proficiency in creating pivot tables, calculated fields, and performance metrics
  • Ability to generate reports and organize data for trend analysis
