Business Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various channels, including email, live chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to business incorporation, accounting, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify areas for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Outstanding English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software, including Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail.
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Self-motivated individual with a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic knowledge of Australian business regulations.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
