Job Description:

Safeguarding digital identities and access is a critical aspect of cybersecurity, requiring strategic leadership to ensure effective governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user access management processes aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of access management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of access-related reports.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and participate in audits as a subject matter expert.
  • Oversee technology implementation for access, authentication, and authorization.
  • Research and integrate new access management technologies to automate manual processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for access governance, compliance, and risk management.
Leadership Qualities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while ensuring high stakeholder engagement and accountability.
Tech Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in access, authentication, authorization, and identity technologies (IAM, PAM, MFA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security risk management and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with business and technical writing, and data analysis.
