Job Title: Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to help us make informed decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set Up and Monitor Full-Funnel Tracking: Develop and implement a comprehensive tracking system to monitor customer interactions from initial contact to conversion.
  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Design and create data visualizations that showcase key performance indicators, conversion rates, and drop-off points.
  • Partner with Growth and Product Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend A/B tests and UX improvements that enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of paid media and content campaigns across various channels.
  • Break Down Creative Effectiveness: Analyze the impact of creative assets on audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Surface Actionable Recommendations: Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor Competitor Strategies: Keep track of competitor activity, ad libraries, landing pages, messaging, and offers.
  • Compile and Present Intelligence: Gather and present key findings to inform business decisions and shape marketing strategies.
  • Create Performance Reports: Develop weekly/monthly marketing performance reports with both high-level summaries and in-depth analysis.
  • Connect Marketing Metrics: Work collaboratively to link marketing metrics with product, sales, and lifecycle KPIs.
  • Help Build Forecasting Models: Assist in developing predictive models to identify underperforming segments and inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Marketing Automation Experience: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • SQL and Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
