Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues or potential problems.

4. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments as necessary to restore equipment to working order.
5. Assist in performing machine calibrations to achieve optimal machine performance and functionality.
6. Participate in the design and implementation of special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
7. Lead continuous improvement processes to enhance machine uptime and reduce machine breakdowns.
8. Conduct regular quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure compliance with established standards.
9. Maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts to facilitate accurate repairs and minimize downtime.
10. Ensure cleanliness and organization of shop and storage areas, as well as maintain well-stocked conditions.
11. Comply with quality, health, and safety rules, guidelines, and regulations to create a safe working environment.
12. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
