Data Driven Community Lead

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to lead our data auditors, develop financial models, and collaborate with local stakeholders in tracking community progress.
This role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or impact evaluation, with expertise in survey design, financial modeling, and behavioral science.
- A successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in Bisaya or other local languages.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position as part of our core team managing Feed Back. We aim to empower rural communities through effective tracking and achievement of desired outcomes.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing community data auditors and developing spreadsheets and financial models;
- Fostering collaboration with local officials, farmers, and other stakeholders;
