As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our organization. Your expertise in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data will be essential in providing insights that inform business strategies.

The position involves working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and designing reports that deliver actionable insights. This includes gathering data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and analyzing it to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods and data visualization tools. Additionally, you will design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
1. Data Collection: Gathering data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness
2. Data Analysis: Analyzing collected data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using statistical methods and data visualization tools
3. Report Creation: Designing and developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders
4. Data Integrity: Ensuring data quality and integrity by cleaning and validating data, resolving inconsistencies, and addressing discrepancies
5. Performance Tracking: Monitoring performance of all relevant product lines, identifying trends, and providing input and analyses on design and reports
6. Collaboration: Working closely with various departments and teams to understand their reporting requirements and tailor reports to meet their needs
7. Automation: Implementing automated reporting solutions to streamline the reporting process and reduce manual efforts where possible
8. Data Governance: Adhering to data governance and security standards to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
9. Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance reporting processes and capabilities
10. BAU Support: Providing timely support to requests like data reconciliation, server reset, access administration, technical support, and monthly/quarterly refreshes
