Fixed Asset Coordinator

The primary function of this role is to provide assistance in the management and monitoring of company assets.
- Maintain accurate records of all assets, including purchase details, depreciation schedules, and disposal information.
- Conduct regular physical audits to verify the existence and condition of company assets.
- Process asset acquisition and disposal requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual asset reports.
- Support the accounting team with various tasks related to asset management.
- At least one year of experience in asset support or management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
- Good understanding of asset accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
