Job Description

We are seeking a UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centered experiences that support both business outcomes and brand integrity. You will define and drive user experience across digital platforms, focusing on intuitive, high-impact journeys across web and mobile.

As a senior UX designer, you will guide designers in developing strong conceptual thinking, user flows, and interaction models, as well as pixel-perfect UI execution. You will also manage and mentor junior designers and help grow our global UX capability.

You will lead UX and interaction design within agile delivery cycles, contribute to design system governance, and collaborate across product, content, data, and development teams. In addition to delivering high-quality work, you will plan and lead UX activities including journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and research synthesis.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, interaction design, and high-quality execution. They have demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring or managing other designers, and proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

They are able to translate business or campaign objectives into intuitive user journeys and site architecture, skilled in articulating and defending design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable working in agile environments.
