Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to drive the development of our digital sales rooms. As a core member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of user experiences.

Our design approach is centered around creating simple, intuitive, and human-centered solutions that meet real-world needs. Whether you join us as a Mid, Senior, or Lead Designer, you'll have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact on our business outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-leverage opportunities and turn them into impactful experiences that resonate with users and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design with clarity and care, crafting experiences that solve complex problems and improve user journeys.
  • Prototype with conviction, aligning stakeholders and turning uncertainty into direction.
  • Design for impact, creating experiences that drive business growth and user satisfaction.
  • Shape strategy, connecting user insight to business goals and metrics of success.
  • Set and raise the bar for quality, delivering exceptional results and pushing yourself and others to excel.
Requirements:
  • 4–6+ years of product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX depth and UI excellence.
  • High standards of craft, turning insight into compelling experiences that inspire.
  • Prototyping expertise, exploring and selling the future faster than words alone can.
  • Design systems experience and comfortable critiquing a DS.
  • Strong storytelling skills, making complex ideas simple and engaging.
  • Excellent English and async communication skills, with reliable Cebu City time overlap.
