Profitability Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Profitability Associate. In this role, you will be the primary interface between business development and finance management on costing and profitability topics.

The successful candidate will have excellent data analysis skills, with experience in cost or pricing backgrounds. They will be responsible for managing end-to-end pricing/procurement related data projects, including gathering information from various sources, analyzing data, and providing insightful recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure tender center activities are effectively managed.
  • Manage end-to-end pricing/procurement related data projects: maintenance of current pricing data, gather information from various sources, analyze data and/or coordinate with inhouse analysts, identify issues, give recommendations, and create insightful suggestions on relevant topics.
  • Ensure pricing responses to customers are provided accurately and within the agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborating with other teams on door-to-door pricing to create competitive rates for customers.
  • Assist with problem solving, providing guidance in relation to pricing and procurement activities.
  • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
  • Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives.
  • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting.
  • Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or Business related majors.
  • At least 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience, better in B2B industry but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have data analytic, cost or pricing background.
  • With experience procurement or vendor management will be a plus.
  • Good team player and communication skill cross different functions, able to engage cross functional stakeholders effectively.
  • Be detail-oriented and proactive in work, highly responsible for work delivery.
