The role involves driving business impact by analyzing complex client requirements and translating them into scalable, high-quality solutions.

As a Senior Business Analyst – Cost, you will be responsible for designing and delivering new functionalities in Avaloq's platform from concept to implementation.

Key skills required include good understanding of software development lifecycle and testing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.

  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, consulting, or financial services, ideally with experience and interest in software lifecycle development and exposure to pricing, revenue management, retrocessions or fees and commissions.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leading financial institutions as they develop and shape careers in pricing and revenue optimization.

Additional qualifications such as ACP (Avaloq Core Platform) certification, experience as a business analyst in banking or fintech, familiarity with accounting, pricing processes and fee management in financial institutions, and professional experience as a technical business analyst in the banking and financial services industry are advantageous but not essential.
