Dynamic Visual Storyteller

This role sits within the Performance Business Unit, where we create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

As a Graphic and Motion Ads Designer, you'll craft compelling visuals across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, working closely with creative strategists to turn insights into memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing paid social ad design expertise, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of creative performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing static and motion ads optimized for performance across platforms.
  • Translate strategic insights into engaging visuals that drive key metrics like CTR, Hook Rate, and CVR.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring data-driven concepts to life.

Creative Collaboration:

  • Partner with Paid Media Managers and Creative Strategists to develop innovative ideas.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing fresh perspectives rooted in cultural and platform trends.

Optimization & Performance Feedback Loop:

  • Regularly review performance data and creative test results, refining designs to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Collaborate with strategists to refine visuals based on platform benchmarks and creative learnings.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Manage multiple design projects, delivering high-quality assets on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all creative meets quality control standards before handoff.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-focused graphic and motion design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social ad design expertise.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of creative performance metrics and how design impacts outcomes.
