Job Overview

This role sits within the Performance Business Unit, helping brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data-driven campaigns that drive clicks, visibility, conversions, and real business growth across paid media, SEO, link building, and performance-driven creative.

We build campaigns that meet client objectives, with a focus on maximizing ad effectiveness through iterative design and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze creative proposals and briefs to determine creative requirements.
  • Gather missing information from stakeholders to better define project needs.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and creative briefs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback.
  • Design impactful static and motion ads optimized for paid media platforms.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and align with design principles.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, design standards, and creative best practices for performance advertising.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio of performance-focused advertising work.
  • Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for paid media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A deep understanding of how design choices impact ad performance, including knowledge of metrics and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with strategists, marketers, and other creatives.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives on balancing visual appeal with performance objectives.
