Key Responsibilities- Draft, review, and file court documents with accuracy.
- Maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
- Conduct research, producing concise findings.
- Prepare trial materials in advance of hearings.
- Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather case details.
- Manage document production and review during the discovery process.
- Provide administrative and litigation support throughout case management.
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
- Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther).
- Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or commercial disputes.
- Familiarity with e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw).
- Experience with client intake and fact gathering.
