About the Role

The role of AI Developer is to lead the design and development of a scalable AI platform, ensuring high performance and reliability. This involves implementing and optimizing MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, from development to deployment and monitoring.

As an experienced professional in AI and machine learning engineering, you will oversee the setup and management of GPU and cloud platforms to support AI workloads. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing robust data integration pipelines to ensure seamless access to diverse data sources.

This position requires collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and platform engineers to deliver high-quality AI solutions. Innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning are essential qualities for success in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop a scalable AI platform
  • Implement and optimize MLOps practices
  • Establish and enforce best practices for machine learning model development, testing, and deployment
  • Oversee the setup and management of GPU and cloud platforms
  • Design and implement robust data integration pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering
  • Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
  • Cloud platforms and infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • GPU computing and optimization for AI workloads
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Data engineering skills, including data integration, ETL processes, and working with large datasets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
