Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a senior human resources manager to oversee the HR functions for our clients, aligning with business needs and developing strategies for employee engagement.

About the Role:
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow and increase productivity.

This is a full-time, remote role that requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing diverse HR teams and a deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the HR functions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
  3. Manage employee relations, performance management, and dispute resolution.
  4. Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and improve productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing HR teams.
  • Proven track record in implementing HR strategies and improving employee engagement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
