Job Title:

A Plumbing Quality Assurance Professional is needed to oversee residential work orders and manage licensed plumbers in the field.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, a Master Plumber certification or equivalent, and strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.

The responsibilities include evaluating contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy, identifying incomplete or inaccurate bids, and providing technical guidance and escalating quality concerns appropriately.

The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational skills managing multiple work orders, fluent in English, both verbal and written, and quick adaptability to new software platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review numerous plumbing work orders daily across residential sites.
  • Evaluate contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy.
  • Identify incomplete or inaccurate bids and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and escalate quality concerns appropriately.
  • Ensure all documentation and data entries are accurate and complete.
  • Serve as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delays or issues.
  • Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience.
  • Master Plumber certification or equivalent.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.
  • Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues.
  • Ability to identify subpar work and guide contractors toward correct scope.
  • Clear, confident communication skills for technical discussions.
  • Willingness to switch from fieldwork to a fully remote role.
  • Quick adaptability to new software platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills managing multiple work orders.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
