Ecommerce Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and motivate our customer support teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery for e-commerce brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in e-commerce customer service, with at least 3 years of leadership experience. Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as is familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring team performance, conducting regular coaching sessions, and evaluating bi-annual performance to recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
A strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks are key requirements for success in this position.
The successful candidate will possess a results-driven approach, balancing people management with operational excellence, and have a proven track record of delivering high-performance cultures.
