Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in handling cash transactions, and possess strong communication skills.

  • Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
  • Operate registers, scanners, scales, and credit card/debit card terminals.
  • Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
  • Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
  • Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer.
  • Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Manage cash transactions efficiently, including making change, processing returns, and balancing the cash register.
  • Stay organized and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree (in Business or any 4-year course).
  • Has sufficient background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
  • Has the ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar industry.
  • Average communication and people skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Willing to work in Batac Ilocos Norte.
