About the role

Good Pastry Café' is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Cashier to join our team in our BF Homes Paranaque City location. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience while efficiently handling cash and payment transactions. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within our expanding café.

What you'll be doing

Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Accurately operating the cash register, handling cash and processing payments Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our menu and services Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the cashier counter and surrounding area Assisting with other cafe duties as needed to support the team

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or food & beverage industry Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to handle cash and payments accurately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide friendly and helpful service to customers Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
