We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Team Lead and Sales Officers in delivering their assigned targets for loans and non-lending products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Team Lead & Sales Officers to meet monthly targets while ensuring target portfolio quality is met.
  • Ensuring applications are properly executed as per internal process, covering all governance-related processes, including AML checks and documentation matters.
  • Working with Sales Leaders to implement road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads.
  • Completing individually required training and competency activities, participating in engagement and other related activities.
  • Timely engaging key stakeholders to update them on new developments and new opportunities or to escalate issues in relevant business forums.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or any related field.
  • With sales or branch banking experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
