
Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to manage our day-to-day financial operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and supporting administrative functions to maintain smooth business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Oversee transaction entries, including warranty payments and loan tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with management to streamline financial procedures.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Optional: Assist with customer service responsibilities during peak times.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST
