Financial Reporting Specialist

This role offers a chance for a skilled professional to provide financial reporting services, maintain accounting records, and support property management staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledgers and journal entries.
- Work with external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines. They should also possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of accounting regulations.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree required, CPA preferred or someone on that path.
- 2-4 years related experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial accounting.
- Experience with partnership accounting and GAAP necessary.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
