Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Management: Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly, ensuring that all financial obligations are met.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets to stakeholders, providing clear and concise insights into the organization's financial performance.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure that all financial data is accurate and readily available, providing support to the audit team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, including IFRS, U.S GAAP, or another accounting framework.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
