Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee, manage, and execute multiple projects involving low-voltage systems such as access control, surveillance cameras, burglar alarms, and network infrastructure installations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines. Prepare detailed proposals and estimates for current and upcoming projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design layouts for access control systems, surveillance cameras, and other low-voltage systems using Bluebeam and System Surveyor.
  • Oversee the configuration, installation, and commissioning of systems including cameras, access control devices, burglar alarms, and networking equipment (e.g., Ubiquiti, Verkada, AXIS, ADC, Spot AI).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems (e.g., Ubiquiti, Verkada, AXIS, ADC, Spot AI) and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management and design tools (Zoho Desk/Projects, Bluebeam and System Surveyor).
