Project Manager Opportunity

This role will serve as a key leader for both the Scrum Master team and project managers across the organization.

You'll facilitate fast, focused delivery in agile environments and drive alignment and execution in more traditional operational tracks.

About the Role
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for cross-functional teams
  • Owning backlog grooming and sprint tracking to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time
  • Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure clarity and cohesion
  • Foster continuous improvement by refining agile processes and team rituals
  • Help coordinate high-priority projects for multiple departments
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through
  • Support the leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Track record of managing complex projects in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
