Job Title: Financial Operations Director
Overview of the Position

The position holder will provide senior management and business development teams with strategic analysis and insights to support major operational and financial decisions.

This role requires a highly skilled professional to manage complex financial models, planning, and budgeting for key projects. The individual must be able to present variance analysis and explanations of financial statements, highlighting areas that require attention.

A critical component of this position is producing long-term growth projections and determining the impact of various business factors on these projections.

Additionally, the Financial Operations Director will provide insightful information to senior management regarding financial modeling, forecasts, and profitability.

Market analysis, market trends, and associated commentary are also essential responsibilities of this role.

The successful candidate will prepare business cases to support investment, strategy, and other business decisions. They will build budgets and forecasts of future company performance and provide financial advisory services to business development teams.

Furthermore, this role involves generating value through recommending financing solutions and optimizing return on investment. It also includes supporting projection processes and developing financial policies to ensure alignment and optimization with the Corporate Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies to support business goals.

Qualifications
  • 7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in financial modeling and coordination with external parties.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA certification.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
