Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and labor management
  • Deep knowledge/experience in payroll processing, social insurance procedures, and DOLE
  • Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in team management

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in multinational companies or the same industry is an advantage
  • Experience in system management or project management

Work Schedule:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Working hours are subject to change.
