Customer Service Professional

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior colleagues or supervisors as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications relevant to the role.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of health and human services industry.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
