Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
  • 2-3 years of experience in mortgage brokerage or financial services (loan processing support is an asset)
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems (Encompass, Calyx, etc.) is beneficial
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
