Product Development Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Developer to join our team.

This is a remote position with a flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product development strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless product launch and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts that meet business needs.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development or a related field, preferably in the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
