Financial Management and Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management and Compliance Expert to oversee our financial management and accounting functions.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accuracy, accountability, and compliance across multiple projects and entities.
  2. Support the financial planning and budgeting process and verify the accuracy of financials used in donor reporting.
  3. Manage governance, transparency, and reporting for our Social Business Fund.
  4. Oversee bookkeeping, including transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  5. Ensure adherence to donor agreements and financial policies.
  6. Comply with local tax and other regulatory obligations, including filing requirements.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, accounting, or similar role.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance framework.
  4. High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
  5. Excellent analytical, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
