Job Title: Application Performance Manager

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of application performance, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing application roadmaps, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with prevailing SDLC frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of software development methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in software delivery, project management, and product management.
  3. Proven track record of successfully managing mobile applications and similar products.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  5. Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile development methodologies, cloud-based platforms, and APIs.
