Customer Support Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to join our customer success team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and working cross-functionally to address customer-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to approximately 80 customer inquiries per day via email and text
  • Address time-sensitive issues such as payments, account questions, and order-related concerns with professionalism
  • Develop expertise in client-facing platforms including Zendesk, customer management systems, ordering processors, and payment systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer orders and location-specific issues
  • Identify trends and escalate to management promptly
  • Issue refunds and provide coupons when necessary to resolve customer complaints
  • Effectively resolve customer questions and issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant customer support experience
  • Demonstrated track record of positive customer interactions
  • Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in the food industry
  • Able to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Highly motivated individual who excels in autonomous work and meets daily performance targets
  • Above-average technological fluency
  • Zendesk or similar customer service platform experience is a plus
