Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to oversee our production workflows, optimize team efficiency and ensure seamless coordination across departments.

This is a full-time remote position that requires at least 3 years of experience in project management, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage and communicate effectively with a large team while overseeing multiple tasks and maintaining high editorial standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage content tasks in ClickUp ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
  • Monitor progress coordinate with teams and communicate updates.
  • Maintain tracking sheets for published articles experiments and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Near-native English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across a large team.
  • 3+ years of experience in content operations management editorial coordination or related roles.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating large teams ensuring seamless communication accountability and alignment on goals.
  • Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of content tracking process management and task coordination.
