Job Title: Content Tagging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Tagging Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and categorizing digital content, managing frequently asked questions (FAQs) on social media, and ensuring optimal discoverability across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately tag and categorize digital content to enhance searchability and user engagement.
  • Manage and respond to FAQs on social media channels promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaborate with content creators to understand the context and intent of content for effective tagging.
  • Maintain consistency in tagging practices across all content types to ensure uniformity.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine tags and improve engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content categorization and SEO principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

The selected candidate will work closely with our content team to develop and implement best practices for content tagging and management.
