Job Title: Enterprise Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our team as an Enterprise Support Expert. This role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to manage complex issues, lead operational improvements, and ensure optimal application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the smooth transition of application features from development to production.
  • Provide advanced SQL troubleshooting, database performance tuning, and data integrity assurance.
  • Oversee incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level support staff, driving knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align support with organizational goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in application support or related roles, preferably in technology or financial services sectors.
  • Strong, expert-level experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgresDB) REQUIRED.
  • Extensive experience with Incident and Problem Management in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and/or Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (certifications are a plus).
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies; certifications advantageous.
